  • Goods are usually delivered weekly, every Saturday.

    • Bangkok: 1-2 working days

    • Other provinces: 2-3 working days

  • No Return, No Refund Policy.

  • Exchange only policy 

    • You have 5 days from the shipping date of your order to exchange your purchased from MATTERS free of charge.

    • The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition in their package.

Exchange Policy

At MATTERS all sales are final— No Refund and No Return Policy.

We only offer direct exchanges for different sizes. However, we do not offer exchanges for different styles or items purchased in-store.

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and MATTERS tags attached to them. This also includes all packaging, accessories, and authenticity cards/dust bags.

MATTERS reserves the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or as an alternative.

We recommend that you return items to us via our shipping carriers with tracking no. so that they are protected and insured during delivery.

How to Exchange

2. Exchanged goods may be delivered with tracking no. or may dropped off at MATTERS HQ by appointment only:
